Before I was introduced to TLS 17 years ago, weight gain, energy levels, and just feeling good about myself were some definite concerns of mine.
I first took the 12-week class in January of 2007! I was concerned that I wouldn't have the willpower to stay clear of carbs and sugar, but after 20 days or so you develop better habits and realize what you can eat keeps you satisfied! My results were amazing, and I was forever hooked on doing at least 2 cleanses a year to keep me on track for health and wellness!

I was introduced to Lynette as a referral from a client who had success with her program and couldn't say enough about her and mostly how much better she felt after. Since, I have used the 30 Days to a Leaner You three times (to do a re-set). The program was easy to follow and I felt great. I was always satisfied and felt full but not bloated on this program. I felt "light" and "healthy" after my 30 days was up. I lost about 2" in my waist. My morning routine was very regular and the bloating I was struggling with was gone and my stomach was much flatter! Just wanted to touch base with you with more results. Been almost staying with the program with a few special occasions mixed in but right back at it. I did have my cholesterol rechecked after three months of eating healthy and being on a low dose of Lipitor. Amazing results to which the doctor gave no credit to the healthy eating and her scale showed a 30 pound weight loss!!
In inches, I've lost 20+ total inches since the start of May. Feeling great! Thanks for your help in getting me started.

I had been frustrated for too many years with physical changes to my body thanks to peri-menopause/menopause. Nothing I did worked. I figured I had nothing to lose (except inches, ha, ha), thus, I gave it a try. This is not a starvation diet, it is a healthy way-of-life. I loved all of the information, recipes, and support that Lynette provides. All of her knowledge helps get you through the initial stages of the plan while your body is going through the process of purging the bad habits while building sustainable, healthy, new habits. It's truly simple to sustain this way of eating, cooking, and exercising. I enjoyed the weekly video calls for accountability. Our group support helps keep you on track and provides great ideas for meals when you are going out to eat or to special events/occasions. I lost over 23" and kept them off!

Before I was introduced to the 30 Days to a Leaner You, a couple of years ago, I was concerned with my weight and re-distribution body mass. I was a fairly healthy eater (or so I thought) and most people wouldn't notice the changes, but I did. I took the 30 Day class and was worried that I wasn't going be able to stick with it, or eat all of the vegetables I was being asked to consume. But I found instead that my body really did want everything it was suggesting. I feel better than I have in a long time!
